So custom it’s like you made it yourself

Emily does all the heavy lifting for the week all in one day. There is an extensive menu for inspiration or, together, we can design a custom menu. Number of portions depends on the recipe or your own specifications but, generally, entrees average 6 portions.

Please Notice:  I encourage you to leave your info on the waitlist and you will be contacted when there’s an opening on my calendar. Approximate wait time is about 1 year.  


What you should know

  • I serve Saint Petersburg, Gulfport, Pasadena, Tierra Verde, St. Pete Beach, Treasure Island, Bay Pines, Pinellas Park and Feather Sound.
  • Choose a once weekly, bi monthly or once per month cook schedule depending on availability at the time you begin service.
  • Emily does the shopping and brings everything necessary for the preparation of your food and will leave your kitchen clean.
  • Extra ingredients purchased especially for your menu will be yours.  If I keep something you will not be charged for it.  The price of basic pantry ingredients that I use daily is covered in the cook fee.
  • Prepared food will be stored in your reusable containers (I will purchase them for you if need be) with labels to be refrigerated or frozen and any necessary heating instructions will be provided if necessary.
  • Price per serving ranges from $14-$23 making an average of $18 per serving.
  • If you have special dietary considerations you’d like to discuss or further questions contact Emily. I have many years experience creating recipes for elimination protocols, AIP, allergies/intolerances, paleo and ketogenic and especially enjoy this part of my work.

Includes 4 menu items from the online menu or customized menu.  (approx. 24 portions)
*$325+groceries

*Double portions are welcomed but $25 per selection will added.
