Autumn/Winter Inspiration


  • Cashew “cheddar” savory broccoli soup with poblano chilis, toasted pumpkin seed and roast broccoli garnish
  • French lentil, mushroom and fresh fennel with sage
  • Tuscan white bean ribollita with carrots, celery, Tuscan kale, plum tomatoes, Pecorino Romano and (optional) bacon
  • Potato leek soup with creamy golden potatoes, fresh leeks and scallion garnish.  I like it chunky but creamy is always an option!
  • Dreamy gluten free soba noodle soup with shiitake mushrooms, spinach, organic tofu, sweet peas and sesame in delicious miso broth
  • Brothy white bean and cheese tortellini soup with spinach, a little onion/carrot/celery and fresh basil.  Can you say holiday break?!

  • Pastitsio, Greek baked pasta with delicious seasoned crushed tomatoes and ground beef, turkey or lentils paired with rich white bechamel sauce and Parmigiana. Gluten free pasta on request.
  • Earthy seasonal chicken pot pie with carrots, celery, potatoes and mushrooms, white wine, fresh sage and rosemary, fresh herb biscuit top. Gluten free on request.
  • Stuffed roasted acorn squash with Italian chicken sausage, parsnips, apple, kale, fresh sage and maple pecan topping.
  • Turkish style cabbage rolls, ground turkey with garlic/onion/spices, slivered almonds and dried apricot all rolled in cabbage leaves and slow cooked in Turkish spiced cumin/cinnamon tomato sauce
  • Tender boneless Indian chicken biryani with tomatoes, basmati rice, cashews and golden raisins served with coconut cilantro yogurt sauce.  This is traditionally spicy(hot) but mild on request.
  • White bean and shredded chicken chili with poblano peppers and fresh cilantro
  • Rosemary white chicken lasagne with fresh mushrooms, spinach ricotta filling, creamy white bechamel sauce and mozzarella.  Gluten free on request.
  • Persian walnut and pomegranate chicken stew with onion, chickpeas, pomegranate molasses and lots of amazing spices. White or dark meat.  Enjoy with basmati rice
