Eggs & Sausage

  • Frittata, a blend of whipped whole eggs and your choice of fillings. Serves 9-12
  • Quiche, eggs blended with heavy cream and served in a pastry pie shell. Gluten free or grain-free Paleo friendly on request. Serves 6-8

Suggested fillings:

broccoli, spinach, kale, chard, collards, arugula, broccolini, Brussels sprouts, fennel bulb, roasted carrots, zucchini, onion, caramelized onion, mushrooms, portobello, shiitake mushrooms, red bell pepper, roasted red pepper, asparagus, eggplant, leeks, sweet corn, peas, roast garlic, tomato, potato, sweet potato, scallion, artichoke hearts, sun dried tomato, Greek olive, capers, black beans, pinto beans, black eye peas

sausage, bacon, prosciutto, smoked salmon, ham, salami, poached chicken

feta, goat cheese, cheddar, Parmesan, Romano, ricotta, Manchego, blue cheese, asiago, gruyere, jalapeno jack

basil, dill, thyme, tarragon, oregano, rosemary

  • Baked eggs in bacon or prosciutto cups and choice of 2 fillings. Great for the kiddos!
  • Fresh breakfast sausage patties made with ground chicken, turkey or pork

Baked, etc.

  • Fresh baked buttermilk drop biscuits. Great for homemade breakfast sandwiches. Choose 6 or 12
  • Granola
    • Maple almond granola with slivered almonds, coconut flakes, sunflower seeds, dried cranberries and pineapple
    • Honey butter nuts and seeds granola with almonds, cashews, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, hemp seeds and chia seeds
  • Morning Glory grain free muffins with almond flour, maple syrup, carrots, apple, raisins, walnuts, coconut and cinnamon
  • Coconut milk chia pudding breakfast bowl. Choose chocolate or vanilla, lightly sweetened with maple syrup and topped with toasted coconut and hemp seeds. Top with your choice of fresh fruit or dollop of nut butter.
